Microwave dielectric ceramic antennas are passive radio frequency radiating devices made using microwave ceramics with high dielectric constant, low loss, and near-zero temperature coefficient as the substrate, combined with surface metallization technology. They operate in the microwave to millimeter-wave frequency band and achieve efficient transmission and reception through dielectric resonant mode.
Microwave dielectric ceramic antennas are widely used in: 5G micro base stations, satellite communication terminals, microwave point-to-point equipment, radar T/R components, Internet of Things (NB-IoT/LoRa), vehicle-mounted millimeter-wave radar, and high-precision GNSS positioning modules.
